April Steger, Allied Integrated Solutions consultant.

Hi, I'm April.

I know what it takes to run a nonprofit with a small team and a tight budget. I do it every day.

For three decades I've led nonprofits and associations in healthcare, architecture, commercial real estate, human resources, and more, as a CEO, an Executive Director, and the founder of my own association management firm.

I'm a builder at heart. As the first female CEO in the 145-year history of the Santa Clara County Medical Association, I took over a $1.2 million organization with 4,000 physician members, a staff of five, and every file on someone's own computer. I built the accounting system from scratch, moved the operation to the cloud, and led its first-ever successful financial audit.

Today I lead a patient-focused nonprofit, and that's where I saw what AI can do for a small team. We save about eight hours a week on email and social media alone, without putting donor, client, or health information into an AI tool.

I started Allied Integrated Solutions to bring that practical approach to organizations like yours, built around your real work, your budget, and your staff.

How I work

Start with your real work. We focus on the bottlenecks taking your team’s time and build solutions that fit your staff, budget, and mission.

Lead with mission. When priorities compete, the mission decides.

Build what lasts. When I leave, your team is stronger, and the systems keep working without me.
