Allied Integrated Solutions LLC ("Allied," "we," "us") is a California consulting business that helps nonprofits and associations with AI setup and operations. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, alliedintegratedsolutions.com, and our free template signup page, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy does not cover information our clients share with us during a paid engagement. That information is handled under the client's signed agreement with us.

2. The short version

  • We collect only what you give us and basic website data.
  • We use it to reply to you, send what you asked for, and run our business.
  • We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
  • You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
  • You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information.

3. Information you give us

When you contact us. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization (optional), what you need help with, type of organization (optional), and your message.

When you request the free AI Use Policy Starter Template. We collect your name, email address, and organization. We use this to send you the template and two short follow-up emails with practical tips.

When you book a call. Our scheduling page, run through Google Calendar, collects your name, email address, and your answers to a few short questions about your organization.

When you email or call us. We keep the information you choose to share so we can respond.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information, such as health, financial, or donor records, through our website forms.

4. Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our website platform (Squarespace) automatically collects some technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies and is used to run the site, keep it secure, and show us basic, combined statistics about visits.

Our email platform (MailerLite) records whether our emails are opened and whether links in them are clicked. This helps us know if emails are being delivered and which content is useful.

  • To operate, secure, and improve our website
  • To keep business records and meet legal requirements

We may use AI tools, such as Claude, to help us draft replies or organize notes. When we do, we use business accounts with privacy settings that do not allow your information to be used to train AI models, and a person reviews every reply before it is sent.

6. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers that help us run our business, and only for that purpose: Squarespace (website and forms), MailerLite (email delivery), and Google (scheduling and business email). These providers have their own privacy policies.
  • Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
  • Business changes, if our business is sold or merged, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

We do not share personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing.

7. Our emails

If you request the free template, you will receive the template email and two follow-up emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We will not add you to other marketing emails unless you agree.

8. Cookies, Do Not Track, and third-party tracking

Our website uses cookies that are needed for the site to work and cookies that give us basic visit statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may not.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no common standard for responding to these signals, so our website does not currently change its behavior when it receives one.

We do not use advertising networks or allow third parties to track your activity across other websites through our site, other than the service providers named in section 6 acting on our behalf.

9. How long we keep information

  • Contact form messages and related emails: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
  • Template signup information: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a "do not email" list so we honor your choice.
  • Website statistics: as kept by Squarespace under its standard settings.

10. How we protect information

We use reputable service providers, strong passwords, and secure sign-in settings on our business accounts, and we limit access to the information to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

11. Children

Our website is for professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

13. Links to other websites

Our website and emails link to other sites, such as Google, LinkedIn, and MailerLite. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
